Terms of service
Last updated · 30 July 2026
These terms cover the relayne.app website, the waitlist, and the Relayne application while it is in private beta. By using the site or the app you agree to them.
01The service
Relayne is a Windows application by Zyphyr Studio that brings information from documents beside the field you are filling in and shows when what you enter differs from the source. Relayne suggests; it does not fill in or submit anything for you, and you remain responsible for what you enter and submit in your own software.
02The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means giving us an email address so we can contact you about access. A place on the waitlist is not a promise of access; the beta is intentionally small and invitations go out gradually.
03Beta access and licence
If we grant you access, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Relayne on Windows for the duration of the beta.
- Access links and licences are for you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software except where the law expressly permits it.
- You may not use Relayne to break the law or the terms of the software you use it alongside.
The beta may change, break, pause, or end at any time, and features may differ from anything described on this site.
04Your content
The documents and text Relayne reads for you remain yours. They are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to us. We claim no rights over them.
05Feedback and Founding Testers
If you send us feedback — bug reports, suggestions, descriptions of your workflow — we may use it to improve Relayne without owing you anything beyond what the Founding Tester programme describes.
Founding Tester benefits are described on the download page. The programme’s details may evolve during the beta; benefits marked permanent will be honoured for the account that earned them. Status and benefits attach to your account and are not transferable.
06Price
The private beta is free. If paid plans are introduced, they will be sold through a merchant of record with their own checkout terms, and our refund policy will apply. No paid plan will be forced on beta participants silently.
07No warranty
Relayne is beta software provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Suggestions can be wrong, incomplete, or late. Always check important entries against the source yourself — that is what Relayne is designed to help with, not replace.
08Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zyphyr Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of a suggestion. Our total liability for claims connected to the beta is limited to the amount you paid for Relayne (or €50 if you have paid nothing). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or affects mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
09Ending access
You can stop using Relayne and leave the waitlist at any time. We may suspend or end beta access if these terms are broken or if the beta itself ends.
10Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and continued use after a change means acceptance. Material changes will be flagged to active beta participants by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Zyphyr Studio is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
