Privacy explained

Your documents.
Your control.

What stays on your computer, what account services need, and what you choose to share.

Do my documents go to cloud AI?

Relayne processes your chosen source on your computer. Document content is not uploaded for account activation, subscription management or licence checks.

You remain in control of entering information into the destination application. That application has its own storage and privacy practices.

Why does Relayne need the internet?

Your documents and your account serve different purposes. Online services verify your email, manage access and check your licence. Local document processing does not remove those account requirements.

Account information can include your email, activation history and the computer identity used to manage access. The privacy policy explains these categories.

What happens when I request an invitation?

The form asks for your email, whether you can use a Windows PC, your intended workflow and the app you type into. We use those answers to review your request and contact you about testing. We do not ask you to upload a document.

The current signup service removes confirmed requests after 90 days. You can ask for earlier removal. A tester request is not a marketing subscription and does not start beta access. Read the invitation details and data policy before applying.

Can I choose development updates?

The development-news signup is separate and optional. It asks you to choose the updates and verify your email. Joining the tester list or creating an account does not subscribe you. Development updates pause after 12 months, with 30 days to confirm again. You can unsubscribe sooner.

What about website measurement?

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures website traffic and performance. This is separate from Relayne’s document processing. Read the cookies and storage notice for website information.

What should I send with a support request?

Start with your Relayne version, Windows version, the app involved and what happened. A made-up example is often enough to explain a problem.

Before sharing screenshots or diagnostic files, review them for personal or confidential information. Never send passwords, email verification codes or private customer records.

I used an older Windows beta. What about recordings?

Some earlier Windows beta builds created local session recordings. Those files can remain after an update and may contain source or typed text. Contact support if you need help identifying or removing old recordings.
