Relayne and these terms

These terms govern use of Relayne, made by Zyphyr Cloud Technologies trading as Zyphyr Studio. Our business address and registration details appear below. Questions and complaints: hello@relayne.app. Paddle’s separate buyer terms govern purchases it processes as merchant of record.

What Relayne does

Text Follow keeps source text near your writing. Form Assist presents relevant values beside supported fields. You select the source, do the typing and decide what to submit. Suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect, so check important work against the original. Relayne is an assistance tool, not approval of an invoice or professional accounting, legal or medical advice.

Compatibility and updates

Availability depends on the installed version and the source and destination applications. Relayne does not promise support for every application, field or document. Use the trial to check your workflow. Planned capabilities are not included as currently delivered features.

This compatibility information does not remove a consumer’s rights when a purchased product does not meet its description or applicable conformity requirements. Necessary updates, including security updates, remain subject to applicable law. Follow reasonable installation instructions; contact support when a described workflow stops working.

Accounts and computers

Keep access to your verified email secure. One subscription activates one computer. Do not share activation keys or resell access. Contact support if you replace your computer. Signing in on the website does not transfer an app activation. Any supported move of access requires its own verification and confirmation; it does not restart a trial.

The three-day trial

Complete trial access begins after you complete activation in the Windows app. Website sign-in and downloads do not start the trial. Each eligible account and computer receives one trial. There is no automatic purchase at the end; paid features stop until you purchase access.

Invited access

An approved access invitation allows seven days of currently available Complete features. Activate within 14 days of the original invitation. Resending an email does not extend that deadline. The seven-day period starts only when you explicitly choose to activate in the app. Joining the list, downloading and signing in do not start it. Activated invitation access replaces eligibility for the standard three-day trial; an unused invitation does not, subject to existing account and computer trial limits. No card, charge or automatic subscription is required. Reinstalling or transferring does not restart access.

Prices and renewals

The applicable tax, total price, billing period and renewal terms must be shown before you agree to pay. Request access to discuss the option that fits your workflow. Requesting access does not create a paid subscription or authorise a charge.

Changes and cancellation

Paid upgrades take effect after the additional payment succeeds. Downgrades start at renewal. Review any change to your billing period before confirming. Cancellation stops future renewals and retains access through the period already paid for, unless an approved refund removes it. Use the management link in your Paddle receipt or contact Paddle buyer support for a Paddle subscription.

Offline work and licence checks

Document processing happens locally. Activation and periodic licence verification require internet access. Paid features stop when the current authorisation, trial or paid period expires. Reconnect to confirm a renewal. Account checks do not upload your document content. The privacy policy explains account records and local beta recordings.

Refunds, disputes and access problems

A refund request alone does not withdraw access. An approved full refund withdraws access and cancels future renewals. A confirmed chargeback suspends access until the dispute is resolved. These rules do not prevent you from lawfully disputing a charge. Read the refund policy.

Access may also be restricted when verification fails or to address a security threat or material breach of these terms. If you believe a decision is incorrect, contact support for a review. Account verification, an active entitlement and software compatibility are different matters; signing in alone does not establish paid access. Any restriction remains subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Ownership and your licence

Relayne’s software, branding and original website content belong to Zyphyr Studio or their respective rights holders. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the features included in your plan on one registered computer during your authorised access period. It does not transfer ownership of the software or brand.

Do not redistribute, resell or sublicense Relayne, remove ownership notices, or use its branding to imply an endorsement without permission. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences. Nothing here restricts uses or rights that applicable law or those licences expressly permit.

Your content and permitted use

Your documents and writing remain yours. Using Relayne does not transfer their ownership to Zyphyr Studio. Use Relayne only with information and applications you are entitled to access. Do not bypass security or licence controls, attempt unauthorised access to other accounts, or disrupt the service. Restrictions on modification or reverse engineering are subject to rights provided by applicable law.

Purchases through Paddle

Purchases processed by Paddle are also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. These Relayne terms describe use of the app; Paddle’s terms cover its checkout and payment services. Nothing here removes statutory withdrawal, refund or conformity rights.

Support and legal rights

Contact support about defects, billing or account problems. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. If a consumer’s purchase is faulty or not as described, applicable law can require correction, a price reduction or termination and a refund. A requirement to check your work is not a blanket exclusion of our legal responsibilities.

Applicable law and resolving a dispute

Dutch law governs these app-use terms. If you are a consumer in Italy or another country, this choice does not remove the mandatory protections of the law that applies to you. It does not restrict the competent courts available to you under applicable consumer and jurisdiction rules. There is no requirement that consumers bring every claim in a Dutch court. Paddle’s separate buyer terms address disputes concerning its sales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. Material changes will be explained and notified where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or turn an existing purchase into acceptance of an undisclosed charge. Your rights when a continuing digital service changes remain governed by applicable law.
