1. Who we are
Relayne is provided by Zyphyr Studio, a sole proprietorship based in the Netherlands. In these terms, "Relayne", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Zyphyr Studio and the Relayne software, website, and related services.

2. What Relayne does
Relayne is a downloadable macOS productivity app that helps users manually transfer information from local documents into business forms more accurately. Relayne is designed as a local-first assistant: document reading, matching, and form guidance happen on your device unless a feature clearly says otherwise.
3. License to use the app
Subject to these terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Relayne for your own work or internal business use.
You may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, tamper with license checks, or use Relayne to build a competing product except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be waived.
4. Trials, paid plans, and payment
Relayne may offer a free plan, a 7-day Pro trial, paid licenses, subscriptions, or team plans. Plan features and prices are shown at the point of purchase.
Payments may be processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle may handle checkout, taxes, invoices, payment security, refunds, and payment-related customer communications. Paddle's own terms may apply to the payment relationship.
5. Updates and availability
We may improve, change, pause, or remove features over time. We try to keep Relayne useful and stable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every third-party app, website, document, or macOS version.
6. User responsibility
Relayne is an assistant, not a replacement for human review. You remain responsible for checking information before submitting forms, making payments, filing documents, or taking business action.
You agree not to use Relayne for unlawful activity, credential theft, surveillance, unauthorized access, or any use that violates another person's rights or privacy.
7. Privacy and local processing
Relayne is designed to avoid uploading your local documents, typed field contents, OCR text, or form values. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in that policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
9. Warranties and liability
Relayne is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that Relayne will catch every error, work with every app, or be suitable for every regulated workflow.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyphyr Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or losses caused by relying on suggested values without review.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms as Relayne changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you additional rights.
