Payments and refunds may be processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. This policy explains the practical refund rules for Relayne. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
1. Trial first
Relayne may include a 7-day Pro trial so you can test whether it works with your Mac, documents, browser, and workflow before paying.
2. First purchase refunds
If you bought Relayne by mistake or it does not work as expected on your setup, contact us within 14 days of your first purchase at support@relayne.app.
We normally approve first-purchase refund requests when the request is made in good faith, the product cannot reasonably be used for your intended workflow, or there was a duplicate or accidental charge.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. A cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period, but you can contact us if there was a mistake, duplicate charge, or technical issue.
4. Lifetime or perpetual licenses
Refunds for one-time licenses follow the same first-purchase review window. After that, refunds are handled case by case, especially if the license has been used for a significant period.
5. When we may decline a refund
We may decline refund requests that appear abusive, repeated, fraudulent, outside the review window, or based on unsupported uses that were clearly not promised at purchase.
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are usually returned through the original payment method. Timing depends on Paddle, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Taxes and currency conversion may be handled by Paddle according to its rules.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
