This policy explains what Relayne processes locally, what we may receive through the website or payment flow, and how to contact us about your data.
1. Who controls your data
Zyphyr Studio, a sole proprietorship based in the Netherlands, is responsible for the Relayne website, app, and support communications. Contact: support@relayne.app.
2. The app is local-first
Relayne is designed so local work stays on your device. By default, Relayne does not upload your documents, OCR text, form values, typed field contents, source text, or suggested values to Zyphyr Studio servers.
Live session buffers are intended for the active session and are dropped when the session ends. License checks are verified offline where possible.
3. Information we may collect
Depending on how you use Relayne, we may receive:
- Contact details you send us, such as your email address and support messages.
- Purchase, subscription, invoice, and refund status from Paddle, our merchant of record.
- License metadata, such as plan, expiry, order identifier, and activation status.
- Website technical data, such as basic logs, device/browser information, approximate region, and pages visited.
- Optional diagnostics only if you explicitly choose to send or share them. Diagnostics should be content-free unless clearly stated otherwise.
4. What we use it for
We use personal data to provide Relayne, process purchases, verify licenses, answer support requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations, and keep the product secure.
5. Payment processing
Payments may be processed by Paddle. Paddle may collect payment details, billing address, tax information, and transaction data as merchant of record. We do not receive your full card number.
6. Service providers
We may use trusted providers for payment processing, website hosting, email, support, and security. They may process data only for the purposes described here and under their own legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal requirements. Local app data remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To make a request, email support@relayne.app.
9. Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, but Relayne's local-first design reduces the amount of sensitive content we ever receive.
We may update this policy when Relayne or our providers change. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date.
